Heavenly hot dog

Hot dog with coleslaw and crème fraîche – just out of this world!

Ingredients:

6 hot dog rolls
1 jar of Meica Trueman’s American Style Hot Dog (6 sausages = 300 g)
150 g/approx. 5 oz of coleslaw
(or a salad garnish with chopped onions, tomatoes, lettuce)
6 tablespoons of crème fraîche with herbs
50 g/ approx. 2 oz of fried onions

Preparation:

Cut the hot dog rolls open. Heat the Trueman’s Original according to the instructions on the jar and put into the rolls. Put some salad onto the sausages and finish them off with a dab of crème fraîche and some fried onions. As required, arrange on a plate with coleslaw or a salad garnish.

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Serves: 6
